Hours of Operation

Calico Design is open Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST. As a courtesy, we will inform all customers at least 1 week in advance of any circumstances under which we will be closed during regular business hours. As a rule we are always closed when Federal Express is neither picking up nor delivering.

Voice Mail

We use voice mail so that we will never miss a call. Please do not think that we are out of the office if you get a recording. We are simply tied up on another line at the moment and will receive your message as soon as we are available. If you have a project that you want to approve, there is no need to call prior to faxing.

Files on Disk

We keep all files readily accessible for 2 years, after which time the files are placed on backup disks.

Shipping

We reserve the right to change shipping companies without notice. Federal Express is our current standard company because they are dependable and give us discounts based on the volume of shipments we provide for them. We do not ship via regular air mail because of too many lost items in the past. All artwork is shipped standard overnight service unless otherwise requested.
