Pricing
- All design pricing is based on $120 / hour. Prior to commencing
any job we will provide you with a detailed cost estimate.
Methods of Shipping
We use only one carrier, Federal Express, for all artwork.
We have found their service to be the most cost efficient and
reliable. They make pickups at 6:00 PM EST daily Monday - Friday.
To maintain discounts, we cannot use any other carrier. If the
artwork must be delivered the same day, we do offer courier services.

We send and bill all shipments FedEx Standard overnight unless
our clients request otherwise. International shipping is also
available. Please call for pricing information. We do not under
any circumstances use the US postal service to send artwork.

Important Cost Information
- We can not legally be held responsible for any errors or
additional charges incurred once the artwork has been formally
approved. This includes any errors due to film, shipping, color
problems, etc. We charge for our time working on a project, not
the final printed artwork. If you should cancel your order for
any reason you are still responsible for all charges incurred
to date. All of our invoices are faxed at the time that the artwork
is shipped or 10 days after the last proof has been faxed. We
no longer send invoices via US mail. Account statements will
be sent on the 15th of each month on all accounts with an open
balance. Finance charges will be issued at that time for 2% of
the outstanding balance or for $5.00, whichever amount is greater.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, as well as personal
or business checks as forms of payment.
